  • Rescue Partition from Formatted HD

Hard drive of a computer contains a huge amount of data and to deal with this vast amount we create several partitions in our system hard drive. Creation of partition means dividing the entire hard disk in some parts each of which are called partition. For efficient use of the stored information, we gather similar types of data in a same partition as our requirements. So, every partition is very important to us. But, data loss is a common problem for every computer user and it becomes more dangerous if a huge amount of data has lost together. This big loss generally happens after formatting your hard drive. If you format your computer hard drive, all partitions along with entire information will be lost. Then what will you do if you need those files immediately? In that case, don’t use any ordinary application to revive partition from hard drive after format. You can perform this operation by using My Partition Recovery program in better and secure way. It will effectively help you to restore partition successfully in so many formatting scenarios.

In common cases, hard drive formatting happens at the time of reinstalling the operating system. Reinstallation of OS becomes very necessary if operating system crashes, to upgrade system OS or if your hard drive gone bad. At the time of reinstallation, the process of formatting prepares hard drive to install the operating system in it. In this process, all files, directories, partitions and installed applications get deleted. In such case, if you do not have any back up of your information, don’t think that those data have gone forever. You can only find them back by using some efficient third party application like partition recovery tool. This utility scans thoroughly the whole drive to restore every partition along with all files successfully.

Human error is the other reason, which is equally accountable for formatting a partition. In many cases, partition of a computer hard drive is formatted unintentionally due to lack of care. Some of times, formatting of a partition is very important for the user. If any of your partition is infected by viruses severely then you cannot access that drive. Then if your anti-virus fails to remove it, you must format the partition to get rid of viruses, but if you mistakenly select another partition all data will be lost. This unintentional formatting operation also happened at the time of using the Disk management utility to resize or convert any partition. But, don’t think that the tool is only for Windows OS, you can use this utility to recover volumes in Mac for acceptable results.

Partition loss may occur at the time of shrinking a partition. We perform partition shrinking to remove the unused space and add it to another partition. In this process, if any interruption occurs partition may be lost. Other than that, re-partitioning is a big reason of partition loss. When you are going to create a new partition using Disk Management tool, OS will ask you to format the partition, then if you chose yes all data will be lost. Then you can recover lost NTFS partition and any other external drive partition easily by using this utility. Not only that, this tool is so efficient to revive lost partition from the external USB drive also.
